Beauhamma Broadnax, appellant, was convicted by a jury of two counts of intoxication manslaughter, and the jury assessed punishment of sixteen years for each offense. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. 49.08 (West 1994). The trial court ordered the sentences to run consecutively. Appellants single point of error contends that the trial court erred by denying a request for an instruction for the jury to disregard blood sample evidence if they believed it was obtained illegally, or had a reasonable doubt as to its legality. We will affirm the judgment.
